One new luxury development that is turning heads in Costa Rica is Bella Esterillos.  This development will include a championship golf course designed by McCumber Golf.

The first phase of units at Bella Esterillos is already 70 percent sold.  A second phase of condominiums will soon be offered.  This is one of the premier new developments currently offered on the Costa Rica Real Estate market.
